When you start out as a photographer you obsess over equipment and whether this camera or that lens will make you a "better" photographer. Further down the line you realize that you were lost in the details and that all people want to do is make a connection. Technology has given everyone the ability to take a "nice" photo, but it will never replace the personality in front of and behind the camera.
