Cooking might be one of the best forms of premarital counseling. You need to compromise on what to make, delegate who goes to the store, have patience while things marinate and finally you have to sit down and eat it, even if it doesn't taste the best. I am so thankful Lane and Josh decided to do their engagement photos at Sur la Table in Newport Beach, because I got to capture a side of love that is rarely on display. They go together like butter and toast, salt and pepper, bacon and eggs, burger and fries, peanut butter and jelly... you get the point. They are two peas in a pod.
